Manuscripts, to be submitted in two copies, should be written in either English or French and should not exceed 8000 words, typed double-spaced on A4 paper with 1 inch margin on all sides. The font size should be 12, Times New Roman. Soft copies should be sent to PDF files are helpful, in addition to Word files, as sometimes a Word document submitted cannot be read accurately by the Editor’s computer.

Authors should give their names, separate from the article, in the form in which they wish them to appear under the title of the article and in references. Authors’ institutions/affiliations should also be given, as well as their e-mail addresses.

Abstracts not exceeding 150 words should accompany each article. Manuscripts are accepted for consideration with the understanding that they are original material, which are not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.

Numbering should start with 0 for the introduction (which preferably should not have subsections), proceed to 1, 2, etc. for main sections, 1.1, 1.2, etc. for sections, and 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc. for subsections. It is recommended that numbering of subsections should not go beyond three figures.

Depending on the discipline, the APA or MLA style of referencing should be used. Endnotes are preferred to footnotes. A full alphabetical list of references used in the text should appear at the end of the article. The list of references should only contain works that are referred to in the body of the text. Please be sure to include and check all the references.
